You have arrived at the small house on the corner of the interwebs
dedicated to the Toronto-based electronic musician known as A.M.
A.M. takes bits of music from here and there, and puts them into a computer. Next, he plays some instruments to go along with the bits of music, adds a funky beat or two, and dances around in his room with much enthusiasm.
A.M.’s music has been featured in films, theatre, on radio, and various musical places around the internet. He has incited dancing at venues across Toronto, and has been featured as part of the Wavelength series, North by Northeast, and Toronto Indie Week festivals. A.M.’s music has also been featured on CBC radio and in the Globe & Mail, which made his parents very proud. He has also done remixes for a number of artists from various styles. He’d very much like to remix your music, and if you feel the same way, just ask him.
By day, A.M. teaches 8th grade English and Social Studies in Toronto. Some of his students think it’s pretty cool that he makes music. But on the other hand, he’s a grown-up, so it can’t be all that cool.
If you are a fan of Lemon Jelly, Groove Armada, DJ Shadow, Mr. Scruff, or other electronic/hip hop/ambient instrumental artists, chances are you will like A.M. But you don’t have to.
A.M.’s music will make you think and dance at the same time, which is fun, but looks rather silly.

It’s pretty cool that the Grade 8 English teacher in my school is a musician and has his website, and is actually kind of well known, and I did not know of it until now.
